Advanced Series

Build your strength and move with graceThe Advanced PostureRx Series includes 10 new routines, plus a bonus power routine, that build on the lessons from the Foundation Series.

 

The routines dive deeper into self-massage and stretching techniques. Strengthening exercises are progressively introduced to provide posture support and increased energy.

 

It is recommended that the foundation videos are viewed first to set the body up for the best success which you can buy here. The videos in the Advanced package are available in streaming and downloadable formats for your convenience.
